Now, that's a good start. To this foundation, we build. We slowly add more nutrient dense foods, like Chicken Liver Pâté. We introduced this delicious spread on the same day that we officially launched our presence at the Monday Farmer's Market in Pacific Grove. And what a reception! This market, set in what appears to be the most ideal location (there's just something about community parks and gazebos), has welcomed KTC with open arms. And what a great community of broth lovers. PGers sure love pâté, too!
