This summer, KTC debuted at the Sunday farmer's market in Murphys, California, a longtime residence of Michelle's family. It was a great experience to bring bone broth to a seasonal market, especially one situated in the most idyllic setting - the community park. Two of KTC's favorite regenerative ranchers, K Arrow Ranch and Engler Beef, are located in this beautiful part of California so it was an easy and obvious decision to bring local broth to a local market. And what a joy to share broth among the trees, near the creek, with the band playing, and the children afoot. Sigh... Americana.
Though this market has wrapped for the year, there is one more event coming down the pike... the Holiday Market on Sunday, November 23 from 12 - 4 PM, and KTC will be there! Come by The Hut where we'll feature hot beef chili, various soups and broth, both by the cup and by the jar.
